We see our patients' consent as being the key factor in dealing with their health information. This information is about making consent meaningful by advising you of our policies and practices on dealing with your  medical information.

In line with European General Data Protection Guidelines, which came into effect on 25/5/18, we require your written consent to release any documents to someone collecting on your behalf. Forms for this purpose are available at reception. We understand that this is inconvenient and we appreciate you co-operation.
